needed. Additionally, we offer a flexible cancellation policy that refunds
a percentage of the
trek fee based on how many days in advance the cancellation is
made, giving you the peace of
mind to plan without worry.
What If I Don't Know Anyone on the Trek?
Our treks foster a welcoming and inclusive environment, perfect for meeting new people and forming lasting connections. Through shared experiences and group activities, you'll quickly bond with your fellow travelers, making new friends and creating unforgettable memories together. Partners of students are welcomed to join. We are also experimenting with group bookings offering discounts to groups that book together before a given deadline.
I am not sure whether this type of travel (immersive) is right for me
We understand that immersive travel might seem daunting, but it offers unique benefits that can enrich your experience. By pushing yourself out of your comfort zone, you'll gain new perspectives and deeper insights into the destination. However, we also recognize the importance of personal comfort and flexibility. If you find certain activities too intense, you have the option to opt out and recharge, ensuring the trek remains enjoyable and tailored to your preferences.
I don't know whether I will be able to receive a refund if I cancel
We offer a flexible refund policy that depends on the number of days before the trek takes place, ensuring you can recover a portion of your fee if your plans change. Additionally, our trek tickets are highly liquid, as there are always MBA students eager to travel. This makes transferring your ticket to another student straightforward and convenient.
